Frequento questo hotel relativamente spesso per lavoro; purtroppo questa volta mi è stata assegnata una stanza con porta comunicante con un'altra stanza, occupata da ragazze in vacanza. Ibevitabilmente, si sentiva qualsiasi rumore. Ho rappresentato subito il problema e mi è stata cambiata camera, tuttavia credo che un hotel di questo livello e con un ampio numero di stanze dovrebbe tenere conto a priori delle diverse esigenze degli ospiti (soggiorno per lavoro o per altro) e collocarli di conseguenza. Altrimenti viene automatico fare scelte decisamente più economiche accettando i limiti del caso. Ringrazio comunque il personale per essermi venuto incontro rispetto al cambio di camera

結論：非常糟糕的入住體驗，來威尼斯最差的選擇，能不住就不住！首先地理位置很尷尬，帶著行李去哪裡都不方便，衹是看似離車站近。其次服務態度實在太差，晚上睡前掀開被子發現有一大塊黴菌，床頭的枱燈插口被床角擋住，桌上的枱燈也沒電。打電話至前台反饋，屢次被掛斷電話。電話中我們要求換房間，前台叫了維修人員也確認了黴菌。但是需要再次撥打電話並且本人下樓前往前台。前台工作人員裝作不知道需求（換房間）問why，然後問“你確定是黴菌麼are you sure it’s mould?”我提出有照片需要確認麼（已經很火大）前台回覆“if you want” 然後一直用義大利語和同事聊天。不是解決事情的態度，對顧客不屑一顧。根本不是四星級酒店的服務和設備，很失望的入住體驗。差評差評差評！

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Service war freundlich und hilfsbereit – besonders beim Check-in ging alles reibungslos. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war gut, alles war sauber und funktional. Das Bett war bequem und es gab genug Stauraum. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war, dass der Fernseher nicht optimal platziert war, aber insgesamt hat das unseren Aufenthalt nicht negativ beeinflusst. Für Paare ist das Hotel auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt.

This hotel has the potential is being a very nice stay, they do however have a rather strange policy if deactivating the A/C systems in the rooms, to conserve energy, at the detriment to paying guests. My room was uncomfortably warm, the engineer suggested I keep the Windows open (gulp). The electricity socket board, also shut out in both rooms I was offered (a change of room due to above A/C issue). When it shuts down it renders the plugs invalid too. This is alot of hassle for paying guests to deal with, you'll frown if this occurred in an Airbnb, never mind a 4 star hotel. Staff were attentive, but that didn't resolve the underlying issues. Due to the above I'll be hesitant to rebook this hotel anytime soon.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit gutem Frühstück. Gute Lage um mit öffentlichem Nahverkehr nach Venedig zu kommen. Leider etwas Nachlässig beim Reinigen, da das Duschgel auch nach Erinnerung nicht aufgefüllt wurde.

Tutto bene solo piccoli particolari da migliorare secondo la imponente struttura (infissi finestre che si sentiva i tumori fuori nonostante fosse chiusa ovvero spifferi, la luce sopra la tv non funzionate e da rivedere lo sciaccuone dei water che andava solo per lo risciacquo grande e non quello veloce, materassi non consoni per la tipologia di camera quelli economici con le molle senza topper,
